Recruitment Konnect (“we”, “us”) is an international recruitment and employment services company based in Lilongwe, Malawi (P.O. Box 1829, Lilongwe). You can contact us about your data at info@recruitmentkonnect.com.
What we collect
- Candidates: name, date of birth, gender, nationality, contact details, location, passport details, education, skills, work history, job preferences, referee details, and copies of documents you choose to give us (CV, passport, certificates, licences).
- Employers: company and contact details and information about the roles you are recruiting for.
- Website visitors: any information you enter into our contact forms.
Why we use it
- To assess your suitability for jobs and match you with verified employers
- To verify your identity, documents and references
- To support visa, travel and relocation arrangements
- To contact you about your application and relevant opportunities
- To meet our legal and regulatory obligations
We process candidate information on the basis of your consent (given when you register) and to take steps towards an employment contract at your request.
Who we share it with
We share your profile only with prospective employers for roles you are being considered for, and with organisations directly involved in your placement (for example immigration authorities, medical centres and travel providers). We do not sell your information.
Our website forms are delivered to us by email through a third-party form service (FormSubmit). Some of the organisations above may be outside Malawi; where we transfer data abroad we take steps to ensure it is protected.
How long we keep it
